PvP Items can only be obtained by killing and looting other players in warmode, or by winning ranked pvp matches.
PvP Item Dropped" is displayed on a player's corpse on death if a pvp item is dropped.
Amulet of Loss does not prevent pvp item loss on death that is due to another player. PvP Items will drop from your backpack and body upon death.
